jeylashore.com is operated by ACE AI Spark, Inc. (“we”, “us”), the team behind the virtual character Jeyla Shore. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account data — your email address, an encrypted password (or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google), and the name you optionally provide.
• Purchase data — the products you buy, order amounts and dates. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Usage basics — standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To deliver what you bought — your purchases unlock content in your private Library.
• To protect our content — pages of purchased material are watermarked with the buyer's email address.
• To send transactional emails (confirmation links, receipts). We don't send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing, when card payments are enabled) and Google (only if you choose “Sign in with Google”). Each receives only the data needed to perform its role.

We use only essential cookies — the ones that keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner here.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you — email idoboaca@aceaispark.com and we'll respond promptly. Deleting your account removes your Library access.

This site sells business-education products and is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
