jeylashore.com is operated by ACE AI Spark, Inc. (“we”, “us”), the team behind the virtual character Jeyla Shore. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account data — your email address, an encrypted password (or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google), and the name you optionally provide.
• Purchase data — the products you buy, order amounts and dates. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Usage basics — standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
• Live-call data— if you use “Talk to Jeyla”: your prepaid talk balance, call times and durations, and your 18+ / camera consent. During a call your camera and microphone streams are processed in real time so the AI character can see and hear you and respond; conversations may be transcribed and reviewed for quality and safety. We do not keep video recordings of your calls.
• Call memory — so Jeyla can recognise returning callers, we keep a short written profile about you: your name and what you own, plus a summary and key points distilled from your past conversations. This is used only to personalise your calls. You can view it and clear the conversation summary at any time from the Talk to Jeyla page, and it is deleted with your account.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To deliver what you bought — your purchases unlock content in your private Library.
• To protect our content — pages of purchased material are watermarked with the buyer's email address.
• To send transactional emails (confirmation links, receipts). We don't send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing, when card payments are enabled) and Google (only if you choose “Sign in with Google”). Live calls are powered by ACE AI Spark, our parent platform, which processes the audio, video and transcripts of your call in real time to run the conversation. Each provider receives only the data needed to perform its role.

We use only essential cookies — the ones that keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner here.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you — email contact@aceaispark.com and we'll respond promptly. Deleting your account removes your Library access.

This site sells business-education products and is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account, and at least 18 to use live calls with Jeyla.
