jeylashore.com is operated by ACE AI Spark, Inc.. By creating an account or buying a product here, you agree to these terms. Jeyla Shore is a virtual, AI-generated character — every photo, video and word associated with her is synthetic media, and we say so openly.

Keep your login credentials private. Your purchases are licensed to your account personally — sharing an account so others can access paid content is not permitted. You're responsible for activity that happens under your login.

Our products (the guide, the video course, the VIP program) are digital content, delivered through the private Library on this site. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the content for your own learning and business. It does not transfer ownership or resale rights.

You may not copy, download, screenshot-compile, resell, redistribute or publicly share purchased content. Pages are watermarked with the buyer's email; content found circulating can be traced to the account that leaked it, and we may terminate that account's access.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time (changes never affect what you've already bought). Payments are processed by Stripe.

Because our products are digital content that is delivered instantly and can't be “returned”, all sales are final once the content has been accessed — except where a mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise, which we honor. If something went wrong with your purchase (double charge, broken access), email contact@aceaispark.com and we'll make it right.

“Talk to Jeyla” lets you have a live, one-on-one video conversation with the Jeyla Shore character. Everything she says is AI-generated in real time — she is not a person, and nothing she says is professional advice of any kind.

Calls use your camera and microphone. During a call, Jeyla can see you and can interpret what her camera view shows (you, your surroundings, anything you hold up) so she can respond naturally. Conversations may be transcribed and reviewed for quality and safety. Don't show or share anything sensitive on camera.

This feature is strictly for adults 18 and over. You confirm your age before your first call, and calls end if we believe a minor is participating.

Talk time is prepaid at $0.49 per minute, deducted by the second while a call runs. Calls last up to 30 minutes each and stop automatically when your balance reaches zero; unused balance stays on your account and doesn't expire. Talk time is a prepaid service credit, not a deposit — it's non-refundable and non-transferable, except that we'll re-credit or refund time lost to a technical failure on our side (email contact@aceaispark.com). Availability isn't guaranteed — Jeyla takes one call at a time, so you may occasionally have to wait.

Be a decent human on calls: no harassment or abuse, no attempts to make Jeyla produce explicit or illegal content, no recording or redistributing calls. We may end calls and suspend the feature for accounts that break these rules; prepaid time forfeited this way is not refunded.

Our products teach a system and share the real results of one AI influencer. They are educational material — not financial advice and not a promise of income. Your results depend on your execution, niche and timing, and most creators earn nothing without consistent work. Always follow the policies of the platforms you publish on and the laws that apply to you (including AI-disclosure and advertising rules).

The Jeyla Shore character, name, imagery and all site and product content are the property of ACE AI Spark, Inc. Nothing in these terms gives you the right to use the Jeyla Shore character or brand in your own projects.

Don't abuse the site: no attempts to bypass access controls or content protection, no scraping, no interfering with the service, no using what you learn here to impersonate real people or deceive audiences.

The site and products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
